Upbeat Music hosts two all-school concert events per year; a Christmas concert in December, and a spring concert in June. The voice, guitar, and drum students are put together to form bands and perform at Reggie's, a local rock club. Watch the video of our most recent concert held on Dec. 13, 2009.
Piano and violin students perform at other venues more conducive to classical music and in June of each year, Upbeat Music hosts its annual piano competition with music scholarship awards to the 1st and 2nd place winners of all three age groups.
In addition to these unique performance opporunitites, Upbeat Music also hosts smaller practice recitals for students only, about once a month so students are better prepared for their public performances.
